We appreciate our customers’ feedback at Flowers for Everyone, and we are grateful you have taken the time to do so. As a mainly web driven business, it is imperative that our orders being sent out are a true representation of what our customers have ordered. At times, the quality of some the flowers intended in our arrangements are not up to our standards, with some others sometimes being unavailable from market. Our florists will substitute those flowers with what we have freshest available whilst remaining on theme and making your arrangement as close as possible to our advertised product, to ensure your delivery was sent on its intended date with no delays.
