Service is good. £25 arrangement fee on a £56 policy a bit steep.

Our arrangement fee covers the cost of arranging your insurance for another year and issuing documentation either via post or the on line portal, it also covers the cost of submitting your details to the motor insurance data base to show that you have insurance in place. This fee remains the same irrespective of policy premium as the same processes and levels of service are carried out. Feedback is important to us, and we would like to thank you for taking the time to provide this and your comments are taken on board.
