Hi, I did contact customer services with details of my dog not liking the food and what I could do. It is the first time my dog has refused to eat food and I was so surprised considering the ingredients advertised. They kindly offered a 50% refund on the opened food, and then for me to donate it to charity, and a full refund on the unopened food. However, due to the size of the packs that you sell and the cost of postage to return the salmon and sardine food it has cost me approximately £26 just for ordering food from yourselves without the benefit of using it. I am very disappointed as it’s a lot of money to lose, especially in current times, and I have had to spend more money in order to get some food for my dog to eat. I don’t understand why you cannot sell smaller quantities of food as a trial.
