We SO value our loyal customers and do endeavour to offer discounts whenever possible.
You are certainly No 1 in the Customer Services Arena.
The batches can certainly vary in their smell as the ingredients are totally natural, but we thank you for your astute observation.

Dogs look healthy on the food and are fit and well. Last few batches seem quite smelly though.
