Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. The model ordered is now discontinued by the manufacturer and is therefore out of our control. The model was not mentioned as in stock when you ordered. It is a unfortunate coincidence that your order came in at the same time. Accordingly, you were offered a full instant refund but you opted to have a different model instead. You may have checked the non - availability elsewhere too and did not choose to take the refund instead take a different model. There is no way we can push a costlier model and even charge extra unless one is willing to do that, more so when a full instant refund offer is there. The alternative chosen by you was supplied at the same price as the model originally ordered and were charged extra only for an item that does not come with the alternative chosen.
