If I hadn't sent an email enquiring about the refund owed I don't believe I would ever have received it - service! They can definitely respond to emails.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review and I really am terribly sorry for any inconvenience here. I can see at this end that my colleague replied immediately to you with an apology at which point I think you had already posted the item back to us. I can see that the item arrived back with us last thing on the 25th July, 6 days after our email exchange. It does look as though the refund was then actioned on the 26th and went through on the 29th the gap being due to a weekend. In truth the refunding of items in this way is automated process but I do appreciate that keeping you updated would have been reassuring and will certainly be improving things going forward. Although I received a refund for the cost and original postage, this did not include the cost of returning it, which I was expecting as the error was not mine.
