Dear Sir, We do sincerely apologise. Shipping outside of the UK is very difficult at this time and costs are ever changing. We have in fact changed our site now which informs overseas customers that shipping is subject to a quote which we will provide via email. We are, of course, terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused in your case and whilst we did provide a shipping quote then refund you immediately we do appreciate that this was not in any way ideal. I am a music teacher and I work in Bergamo (Italy) in kindergartens with small children. I have chosen to buy your Djembè because they are very good. I bought 6 Djembè from you, and I paid the price calculated from your site and everything went well. In a second moment I wanted to buy 4 more Djembè so I would have reached 10 with the other 6 that I had already taken from you and do my lessons with groups of 10 children, but here my problem started because this time the price of the expenses of shipping was higher than my old order, I wonder why such a thing?
