Thank you for the review and I am sorry the hotel was not what you expected. This is a popular, 3* hotel and we feel it is up to this standard. The rooms were all upgraded a few years ago and the food on offer is great. However, we offer many other hotels of a higher standard which may be more suitable for you, should you decide to travel with us again.
