I apologise that the trip did not meet all of your expectations. There is a lot of travel involved in the safari aspect of the trip but unfortunately traffic issues seemed to cause unexpected delays on some of the journeys. I appreciate the flight delay would have caused some frustration but unfortunately, this was out of our control and could not have been foreseen. Please note that for this trip we use a local host who is available daily, albeit for limited periods.
