On the whole, the service was OK, but I didn't appreciate being kept at Dalaman Airport for an hour and a half waiting for other flights to arrive.

Thank you for the feedback. Please accept our apologies for the wait for the transfer. A numbers of factors affected this, like flight delays and other passengers taking longer to come through the airport and by way of an apology, a free drink was provided by Friendship Travel. Unfortunately, as you did not comment on the food whilst at the hotel, we were unable to address this and offer any alternatives. Kind Regards, Karen - Customer Services.
