Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

The shelf was delivered very promptly and looks good above our wood burner. The only slight problem is that it tilts a little forwards.

I'm glad your new shelf arrived so quickly! The support pins are designed to have some flex in them to allow for adjustment, this is easily fixed by gently pushing the fixings slightly upwards before putting the shelf back on - I hope this info helps, feel free to give us a call if you'd like any further advice.

Good service. Unfortunately not packed well on the pallet and so had fallen over and was difficult to move from the delivery van to the house
