How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thanks for your valuable recommendations, we greatly appreciate your loyal custom. We use 15mm thick MDF for the interior along with heavy duty soft close drawer components as this is much more durable in this section size. Solid rustic timber is likely to split and bow at this thickness due to the natural movement of the pine which could cause problems.
