As soon as your order has been placed an automated email confirmation is sent. We also get a duplicate copy to ensure all is well. I have forwarded you separately your email Order Confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched we also send another automated Your Order Has Been Dispatched email. I wonder if these emails were either placed in your junk/spam email or worse, blocked by your email provider, thinking we are not a friendly bunch...Please do mark us as "not junk' to prevent this happening again. We are concerned you were unable to write your gift card message on our website. We are not aware there were any technical issues at the time or since. Please note, once you "add to basket" with your gift card, it will remain as you ordered, either with or without a message. In your case, we saw there was no message stipulated on your order. We are sorry for this initial disappointment but we really appreciate the fact you are pleased with your Elegant Soft Wool Baby Blanket gift.
