Website difficult to navigate, unable to leave a note. I still don’t know if the gift was even delivered. Very disappointed. Have emailed the company and not heard back.

We have thoroughly checked our emails and can find no trace of any additional correspondence regarding your order. We are always happy to go the extra mile for our customers and had we received an email we would have been delighted to assist you. You placed your order in the evening (UK-time) on Thursday 2 September. We dispatched your order the very next day and sent you an automated email confirming dispatch.
