I can only apologise once again for the issues and inconvenience this attempted delivery has caused you. I can 100% assure you that the goods left our warehouse in perfect condition, with our warehouse team taking extra precautions to try and ensure safe transit by double boxing the goods and adding polystyrene watsits to pack the bottles within the box. ( clearly this is something we at Galleon need to review going forward ). Unfortunately once in transit with a third party courier we have no control over how the goods are handled. We do have both POD's from the courier to show that on two occasions this consignment was SKIPPED ( meaning the goods were damaged and had leaked ) ...I am more than happy to share these with you . I can totally understand that you have now requested a full refund of this item and I can confirm that this was actioned on the same day.
