I am very disappointed to read that you were not entirely satisfied with the products and service you received on this occasion. Our POD does suggest this was delivered to the correct unit, however if this was not the case please do accept my apologies and if this should ever happen please do contact us as we will arrange for the courier to collect and deliver to correct unit. The product 2255 is dyed blue therefore there is always a slight risk of bleeding depending on how it is being used. It is designed for the general wipe up of spills and can run the risk of bleeding more if used with certain chemicals. I can see that you have used this product before when purchased back in September and wondered if you were using something different with it this time. As an alternative i can recommend our product 2244 which is the white version of this same centre feed roll. I would be more than happy to send you a sample of this if this is something you would be interested in trying. Please do get in contact if you require any further assistance.
