I have looked into this and have been advised that the depot still have your final package but cannot give me an ETA. Therefore I have arranged to send another case of VAL-CR out from our warehouse today for delivery tomorrow. I was really disappointed to read that you have experienced a few problems with your deliveries and the service you have received from Galleon. We do pride ourselves on dealing with any issues/complaints we receive in a prompt and efficient manner. I do apologies that you did not receive this level of service. We do have a contract with our couriers which says they cannot leave goods unattended unless previously agreed with us or the customer to be left in a safe dry place. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today and as agreed I will be sending replacement hand towels out today for delivery tomorrow with a different courier.
