We have been made aware that these do have an unpleasant odour to them and have subsequently removed them from any further sales. However some have still slipped through the net. Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. I am disappointed to read that you did not receive your order in the expected timescales. We do endeavour to deliver our goods on a next day service , however this is not guaranteed as we do rely upon third party couriers to make our deliveries. I can only apologies that on this occasion it took a little longer than usual and can see that your order was in fact out for delivery on the 26th Sept 2023 but failed as a postcode error for which Evri has not given us a valid response. Once we raised the issue with them it then proceeded through the process for delivery on the 29th Sept 2023. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage fees as this order qualified for free carriage and no fees were paid. Thank you for your valued custom. I can see on this occasion the service was not to our usual high standards and I hope you can accept our apologies and be assured this will be looked in to and escalated accordingly. We do offer next working day deliveries although this cannot be guaranteed as we do use third party couriers to make our deliveries, however I can understand that the state of how the goods were left is not acceptable ( I have seen the photo taken ) and will forward this on to the courier to speak with their driver.
