Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. I am disappointed to read that you were not entirely satisfied with the service you received from Galleon. I have investigated this and can see that you have spoken to a couple of my colleagues who have explained that the address you have supplied when placing your order via a mobile device is the one we absolutely have to go with and would not question when placed by the customer themselves. It seems the address you required the goods to go to ( having looked into this thoroughly ) was the one above the one you clicked on, which I understand was clearly not intentional on your part. However as a company unfortunately we cannot be responsible for this . The system does also allow changes to be made before payment is made by showing the goods ordered and address selected for delivery. Having said this we can help with the situation by arranging to collect the goods and redirecting them to the correct address on your behalf. ( as we did ). This does however also incur charges as we use a third party courier and have to pay them for this service. Thank you for your custom and I do hope we can be of service to you again in the future.
