We do endeavour to have orders placed by 4pm delivered on a next day service , however as per our terms and conditions on the website this cannot be guaranteed. Having said that i can see that your order was inadvertently delivered to the incorrect address by the courier even though we had your details on in. Once we were made aware of this i can see that we acted as quickly as possible to get your order to you. Unfortunately all our couriers are only insured to deliver to the ground floor. I can see that as a good will gesture we have sent an additional box of couch roll on this occasion and will be sending another complimentary box on your next order. I can only apologies knowing this was not the best experience on the delivery side of the operation but hope that the service you received from our customer service team was acceptable.
