Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. I am disappointed to read that you were not happy with the delivery of your goods. I can see from the photo that your items were left outside your garage doors behind the car on the drive. Instructions were given to the courier to leave inside the garage so unsure why this was not actioned. As EVRI are a third party to our company we can only give these instructions on a best endeavour. If the goods were damaged in any way ( wet ) please advise Galleon directly and this will be rectified for you. EVRI do have a large window of when they deliver, even at weekends ! but hopefully they send you an email to give an estimated 2 hour time slot on a specific day.
