Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. I do apologies that your order was not received in one delivery. Unfortunately due to Tuffnells going in to administration we are having to use EVRI for all our deliveries and they are only able to take smaller consignments which means a lot of our orders have to be split and do not arrive in one go even though they are sent out from Galleon at the same time. Please accept my apologies however i am pleased this was sorted in a timely manner. We are working on sourcing a new courier , however this is taking a little longer than anticipated. Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. I am sorry to read that you are disappointed with the service you have received. I can see that your order will arrive a day later than our advertised lead times which is 3 - 5 working days. ( Order within 5 hrs, 3 mins and 5 secs for delivery BY Friday 7th July Excluding Pallets and Remote Postcodes (3-5 days) and i can only apologies that you were not advised of the delay which unfortunately was due to stock coming in to our warehouse later than anticipated. I am aware that you have been ordering from us for a while and have often received your goods the next day when ordered before 2pm. We always used Tuffnells ( who have now gone into administration ) and they could deliver our pallets much earlier than expected on most occasions. However our new carrier is on a 3 day service going forward which keeps us within our 3 - 5 day advertised lead time. We do pride ourselves on our Customer Service and I am sorry you feel you were let down on this occasion. Thank you for your valued custom and I hope we can be of service to you again in the future. Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase form Galleon Supplies. We have changed our courier, however the lead time on pallets does remain the same which is 3-5 working days. Although previously we often was able to deliver next day we have always allowed for any stock issues with our lead times. Currently providing stock is available any orders placed before 2pm will be delivered on the third working day. Customers will always be advised if the lead time is any longer than the advertised 5 days and offered a full refund if required. I hope this takes a little of the uncertainty out of when your order will arrive and thank you for your valued custom.
