I am disappointed to read that you were not entirely satisfied with the way your query was handled and the poor communication between Galleon and yourselves. We are working through very unfortunate circumstances due to Tuffnells going in to administration and many people losing their jobs. As a company we have always used EVRI for our smaller consignments which has worked very effectively, however as we are in the process of trying to source a new courier we are having to use EVRI for all our deliveries to keep going in the meantime. This is proving to be a little challenging as we have to send our consignments out in smaller quantities hence many orders being separated and creating more parcels out to the customer and taking longer. We can only request that our customers do bear with us while we work through this as we do appreciate the frustration this brings. Having said this I would also like to apologies that your query was not dealt with in a more effective manner in keeping you up to date with the progress of your order.
