Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. I am pleased to read that you are happy with the goods you received from Galleon. However it is really disappointing to read that your delivery was not up to standard. We are currently using EVRI due to Tuffnells going in to administration and it is proving a little challenging due to the volumes we put through. Having said that, I agree it is totally unacceptable that your items were left outside as this should not happen unless prior agreement has been made for a safe place to be left. Also unfortunately the couriers are only insured to deliver to ground floor and it is the drivers discretion if they deliver to higher floors. Please accept my apologies for all the inconvenience caused and we ask our customers to bear with us while we source a new courier to resolve this issue going forward.
