Firstly apologies that you did not receive your full order in one delivery. This is something we will need to escalate with the courier as they are a third party to our company. However i have investigated this and can see that we received your email at 6.28pm on 11th May and responded at 10.28 on 12th May to advise another case of blue roll was being sent out for delivery today 15th May. We have a contract with this delivery service to deliver Monday - Friday with all goods being signed for unless left in a pre advised safe place.
