Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. It is really disappointing to read that your goods were received in a less than perfect condition. The couriers should not leave any deliveries unattended/signed for unless specified in advance for a safe dry place to avoid these situations. This product is purely paper based for as we are trying to pull away from plastic as this is not good for the environment. We do endeavour to deliver all our consignments on a next day delivery service, however this is not guaranteed as we do rely upon a third party courier for this service. Unfortunately on this occasion the courier had an issue with the address and returned the goods to us. However as soon as Galleon was made aware of the situation we arranged to send your goods out again which were successfully delivered.
