I can see that you placed your order on Friday and received it on Monday which is the recommended timescales as we do not advertise/offer weekend deliveries. Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon supplies. I am disappointed that you were not entirely satisfied with the quality of the couch roll. However this is a laminated embossed couch roll not a flat sheet which would be a smoother tissue. We do offer a flat sheet couch roll which may suit your requirements better and we would be more than happy to send you a sample of this to try. We do not offer buy one get one free on any of our products. We do offer free delivery on the purchase of 2 cases or more unless they are a SPECIAL OFFER PRODUCT which is highlighted clearly with a red banner. ( These items are cheaper than normal and still work out a better deal with paying the £5 delivery charge ) I hope this information clears up any misunderstandings and we would love to be of service to you again in the future.
