I ordered the dog bed at crufts. The sales people were really friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. The bed arrived so quickly and is just perfect. My dog absolutely loves it

Delivery was a day later than we were told at crufts, we weren't advised this until I contacted. Quality of the bed is poor compared to one I bought 2 years ago.
