However, all of this information was detailed in your booking confirmation and final departure info that we emailed to you and requested you to read carefully. This was sent 3 weeks before your departure date.
Lift passes - on the lift pass page of your paperwork we said it was simply a code you had to enter to collect your passes from an automated machine.
Ski hire - we said you just showed your voucher in the ski hire shop and then they would fit you with your pre-booked equipment. We also provided directions and a map to the hire shop.
Accommodation - the page detailing your accommodation did mention tourist tax, room security deposits, check in time and the fact that you would generally need to clean your apartment before leaving.
We think the Les Balcons represents extremely good value. The price you paid for a half board holiday with all the inclusions is pretty much unbeatable in Val Thorens.
