Hi Michael, thank you for your review. As far as we can tell your hire was booked correctly and this is the first that we have heard of your issue from yourself, the hire shop or your group leader. Your group leader mentioned that some of your group chose to upgrade in the shop (from the Economy package you had booked) and this would have meant that you would have had to pay the difference. For your next trip you can of course choose to upgrade in advance of arriving at the hire shop. If this wasn’t the case and you had to pay in full, please do get in touch and we will look into the matter and refund if it’s due. Thanks again.
