Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I see that on the item you have selected, there was a guaranteed next working day, guaranteed Saturday, and guaranteed Sunday delivery available at the time your order was placed however you have not chosen any one of our 3 guaranteed delivery services which would have ensured 100% that the order would be with you for the date required.
