Until the process is speeded up, you need to advise your customers of this. That way you will alleviate/reduce less than favourable feedback
I cannot recommend this service. Tickets were generated very late, tried to scam me with additional baggage fees which were already included in the original ticket. Pretty bad experience.

Globehunters tried to charge us 120 pound each on flights we booked with qantas/Emerates for luggage when its included ,they did not charge us after I complained ,also they got the names wrong
