We are sorry that the staff at Johannesburg's OR Tambo International Airport failed to take proper care of you during the stressful experience of having your domestic flight cancelled. We have reported the matter to the airline, to Airports Company South Africa and to South Africa's Tourism Board. In addition to this, we are developing a map to the airport for future clients so that they have our guidance in their pocket should they find themselves in a similar situation.

Thank you for your comment - we are glad to hear that your Botswana safari was excellent. When we tailor-make an itinerary, we negotiate discounts and value added extras with our suppliers, which results in packaged costs. One of the necessary conditions of these savings is that we present the package cost to our clients, rather than the detail, which can easily be misunderstood if considered out of context of the total package of travel services purchased. We're sorry to hear that the Chobe didn't satisfy your expectations - it's one of Botswana's most popular parks and offers excellent year-round game viewing, but we know that many factors influence the guest experience on any particular day. Ramona's transfer recommendations are based on her firsthand travel experience and the culmination of Go2Africa's 15 years of guest feedback - we rarely transfer luxury travellers such as yourself by road as the poor infrastructure does not support a comfortable experience.
