Hi Dan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re typically known for our exceptional service and we regret that we didn’t live up to your expectations. Unfortunately the airline experienced a schedule modification affecting the departure time of the flight from Johannesburg (JNB) to Nairobi (NBO), resulting in a delay. This is why you were unable to catch the connecting flight. Consequently, we arranged a rebooking for a subsequent flight from NBO to Kilimanjaro (JRO) without any extra charges. Regrettably, the occurrence of the flight issue, specifically the schedule change, was beyond our control. We effectively communicated the underlying reason for this change. We have investigated this internally and have been in-touch to discuss any discrepancies on pricing and hope to resolve any further issues you might have. Regards, Go2Africa
