You need to have people who are easy to understand and know what they are doing on the phone. Many errors made this time and very chaotic. I had to book my own flights for goodness sake!!!!

Very uncompetant sales personnel. they refuse to admit their mistakes and deal with them correctly. They think saying sorry is sufficient. They must be more truethful with their customers.
