Communication and overall service was excellent. Travel documents arrived in good time. Paddock access was brilliant as was parking on the Bugatti Circuit.

Our representatives in Italy had not been made aware of your concerns, so they did not have the opportunity to address them directly with you on the trip. We are deeply sorry that you felt your trip fell short of expectations. Our reps tried their best under difficult circumstances however everything, as per the itinerary, was delivered and no experiences were missed.
