Very professional. Always reply to e mails and the weekend ran like clockwork. When my son could no longer go Grandstand assisted with the sale of his ticket and made sure we did not lose out.

Dear Melissa, I am extremely concerned to read your comments, especially when you have previously enjoyed a trip to the Thai MotoGP with us and thereafter booked two further trips to Finland and Misano. The Finnish MotoGP was cancelled on 29 April and we have been in touch with you on a monthly basis since that point, on 25 July we asked for your bank details to process your refund of £500, this has now been refunded. Your refund for Misano will be processed shortly once they have officially announced this is being held being held without spectators. Best regards, Debbie
