Hi David, many thanks for taking the time to send in such a detailed review, we very much appreciate it. I am slightly confused however as we had staff at the welcome drink in Monaco at La Rascasse who were directing our clients into the venue as we appreciate with the road closures around that area of Monaco it can be a little tricky to find and we also sent highly detailed instructions on the essential information pack for the event approximately 7-10 days prior to the event. If you were not 100% sure where the venue was, perhaps a quick call or email to our office beforehand might have helped to ensure you were able to find it a little easier. Our operations team spent a very long time sending detailed maps and step by step instructions for how to find the venue and we also ensured we had staff outside of the various entrances to the bar to ensure anyone who wasn't able to find it were ushered into the venue. I sincerely hope this didn't detract from an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable weekend with us and I am very pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay in beautiful Menton. We very much look forward to welcoming you along to Goodwood next year and please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to ensure you are notified when those packages are released.
