Hi, Thank you for your comments. I have had a look on the system and can see our customer service team emailed you on the 28th August 2024, regarding the note left on your order. We don't have any emails before this from yourself on our system. Our customer service team requested your previous order number so they could issue you a refund or replacement for the Macadamia nuts. However, they didn't receive a response. Generally good but lacking in supporting information to track /confirm order content, i.e. once have left the website there is no confirmatory email to check against goods received..
