In regard to checking items once they are delivered, we kindly request that this inspection be conducted prior to proceeding with scheduling fitters or landscapers to avoid incurring costs in case any issues with the item are identified. It is understood that it may not be feasible to perform this check while the driver is present. Please note that we offer a 60-day return policy, and items can be returned as long as they have not been altered or installed.
In regard to your refund, I can see that the refund for the grass has been processed by our team, and checking the collection tracking the pins were also collected, so I have initiated a further refund for these also.
We can see that you contacted us on 24/04/24, and we are sorry that the refund amount was not queried by our team during this last communication, this is something I have now recitified for you
