We are sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with our delivery. Our Transport team work hard to plan all of our orders in for delivery, and to coordinate our fleet of drivers to ensure they complete these deliveries as expected. Sometimes, things can go wrong, and we are deeply sorry this has been the case for you.
We plan our routes 2 working days ahead, to maximise the amount of deliveries we can complete on any given day, and due to this, items that need to be re-sent can take up to 4 working days to make sure we are in the area to complete this. Our express delivery fee is a way for us to identify orders that require delivery earlier, at a premium rate. Should this fail, we send the request for this fee to be refunded to our Admin team, who will process the refund within 1 working day. It can, however, take up to 5 working days for this to clear on your side.
