Thank you for taking the time to leave a review following your purchase. We apologise for the issues you encountered. We were under the impression that we had resolved this for you, so we are disheartened to see this.
When placing an order on our website, if you add 2 of the same product but from different widths, you will be instantly notified that there may be a difference in colour. As your order was placed via our website, we are confident that this situation occurred. You contacted us to advise that the grasses were different in colour, and we explained that the only way to resolve this was to order an additional piece of the same 4-meter roll. Following our company policy, the grass being returned had to be collected before the balance credit from this piece could be transferred. We apologise if this was not communicated clearly to you.
