We offer a sample service which allows our customers to get a true representation of the products available. Our range of products is priced to accommodate all customers regardless of their budget. We have taken a look at your order history and can't see that a sample was requested.
Artificial grass will usually be compressed due to being wrapped tightly for transportation, this isn't usually a problem, and power brushing usually invigorates the pile.
Should any customer be unhappy with their order we have a friendly team available 7 days a week, and should it be that the grass has not been altered in any way, we would be happy to arrange to collect those in exchange for a denser product or a refund.
