We fully understand that not all of our customers are able to receive the delivery directly from our driver, given the fact that our products are often large and heavy items.
To ensure transparency, we make every effort to clearly communicate that our service is carried out by a single person and that delivery is to the nearest kerbside to your property. The driver will access each delivery and use their discretion, that said, in most cases, delivery is made to your front door. However, in certain circumstances, where accessibility is restricted, our delivery driver may only be able to deliver to the doorstep and may require assistance with larger items. If you reside up a flight of stairs, our delivery driver will typically deliver to the nearest ground access point.
You can find this information on our website, within the delivery information section, as well as in the dispatch email that we send to our customers when their order is ready to be dispatched and delivered. We always emphasise the importance of having a plan in place for the delivery date, which is something we include within our delivery email as well.
