We are very sorry your order did not arrive in full and your adhesive was missing, should any goods ever be missing from a delivery we are more than happy to arrange for these to be sent out, unfortunately we use our own transport team and next day delivery is not possible unless the routes are already planned in and around your area. On further investigation we can see you had advised our Customer service team of the missing item and we also offered to refund the item should you wish to source this locally which we were more than happy to arrange instead of waiting for the delivery. We try to advise all our customers where we can to refrain from booking a fitter/landscaper prior to the delivery of the goods and them being checked over to ensure everything is 100% to our customers satisfaction. We pride ourselves on providing great Customer Service and it is disappointing to hear we may have fallen short of this on this occasion.
