Had we had exposure of this issue, we would have been able to resolve this for you without you making the trip. Thanks for your feedback. With regards to delivery on a weekend, we offer a Saturday delivery service which can be selected at the checkout. In terms of the quality of the instrument, I'm very sorry to hear you're so unhappy with it. I can see from your order that you have been delivered a brand new boxed model from Epiphone. The guitar is not advertised as being supplied with accessories and the string will have been brand new. Any additional accessories are available online.
