Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. The last thing I'd want you to think is that we were unwilling to help you. Although I didn't deal with this sale myself I can see that the guitar was delivered to the wrong house, but still on your street. With this in mind, we probably suggested to you that it would be quicker for you to pick the guitar up yourself. We would have happily sent the courier back to deliver it to the correct address, however this would have taken 24 hours.
