Thanks for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I'm sorry about the issues you've had with the guitar. We do ask that all of our guitars are put through a pre-dispatch check before they leave the store and so it is possible that the set up shifted in transit. However, it is also possible that we missed it, so I can only apologise for this. Although it's a little late now, I would also like to make you aware that we would always look at exchanging a guitar/having the guitar set up etc if it arrives with you and needs some attention.
