The delivery process form Strymon was quite convoluted, but the Guitar Guitar staff were very flexible and were able to rearrange delivery to suit my needs.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us this feedback, I'm sorry to hear you've had problems with the strap. To be honest, it's rare that we have any problems with the Levy's range. They always tend to be consistent - so I'm going to be really annoying and say that you've been really unlucky in this instance.
