There was a delay which I had to chase. I was then informed it was due to a recent factory warehouse move.

Hi Matthew, Yes, that is correct. At the start of September we moved dispatching warehouses, which unfortunately did have some slight delays. I can see you ordered your food on the Monday afternoon and it was with you by the Friday, we apologies for this but things are back up to usual speed now after a few teething issues.
